Rock On!

I studied at St. Xaviers college for three years and recebtly took Z to my old campus. Though not to my department. We went to the Geoology department as part of our Unit of Inquiry on rocks and minerals. We were WARMLY welcomed and given an absolutely fantastic crash course by both professors there. They spend SO MUCH time with us and with Z, especially!! He saw, rocks, precious stones, minerals, fossils, corals and so much more. They even gifted him a dead urchin exoskeleton and he is MOST thrilled about it! He saw a coprolite, which was very cool. Z had taken some of his own rock collection with him and Prof. Samant helped him identify the quartz and various agates as well as an onyx.
We areso grateful to the geo department and especially to my dear friend M, who studied there and introduced us!
